1. Parties
These Terms govern sales by Panchita Store LLC (“Seller”) to you (“Buyer”) on panchitastore.com.
2. Orders
Orders are offers to buy. A contract forms when we send a shipping confirmation or dispatch products.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices in USD; taxes and shipping calculated at checkout.
- Payment via Stripe at order placement or shipment.
- Buyer responsible for applicable taxes unless exempt with valid certificate.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Ships only within the U.S.
- Risk passes to Buyer upon carrier pickup.
- Inspect upon delivery and report issues within 5 business days.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Buyer responsible for return shipping unless defective or error.
- Refund issued upon inspection; original shipping non‑refundable.
6. Warranties
Only manufacturer warranties apply. All products sold “AS IS” otherwise. We disclaim implied warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Seller’s liability capped at purchase price. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
Buyer indemnifies Seller for claims arising from breach or misuse of products/services.
9. Governing Law
Florida law governs. Disputes resolved exclusively in Florida state or federal courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes apply to purchases after posting. Review before ordering.
